Welcome to Spoontown 2024
We want this event to be a fantastic experience for everyone, but
there are some things to remember.
- You have been given a rubbish bag, this is for all your rubbish and we need to you take this off-site and dispose of responsibly.
- Show respect to each other, the neighbours and campers in adjacent fields.
- Be mindful of noise levels in the evening. Sound travels and we will ask you to be quieter if necessary.
- There are compost toilets and showers on site, leave them as you’d like to find them.
- Dogs – if you’ve bought your pet with you, please keep them on a short lead and clean up any poop.
- Be respectful of the timetables, arrive and leave classes and the event at the appropriate times.
First Aid
If you require first aid, make yourself known to one of the volunteers and we will help. There are trained first aiders on site and a hospital 10 minutes away.
Wood Pile Etiquette
We understand how tempting a big woodpile can be, we honestly do! But please don’t hoard wood, only take one bit at a time. The wood on-site is for everyone and we need to ensure there is enough for the whole week. Ask a member of staff if you need some cut.
