The following describes the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use for the spoontown.co.uk website

Upon purchasing your ticket you agree to follow the health and safety guidelines we have listed here, and safety information presented during the festival by the festival team and instructors.

This is an open-air site, and you are responsible for your own belongings and vehicle.

We cannot refund ticket money once the festival has started so please check the weather and bring appropriate clothing.

Please ensure you are in a safe space when using tools, be aware of who is close to you, do not leave knives or axes unsheathed and do not walk around with an exposed knife ever.

Please take a beginners class if you are inexperienced with woodcarving tools.

Under 18s must be with a responsible parent or guardian at all times. The adult is responsible for the child’s safety. Put your tools away when you are finished with them.

Please ensure that you can pay full attention whilst carving. Injuries are very time consuming for all concerned.

Spoontown collects your email address and mobile number when you buy your Spoontown tickets. This is to ensure we can contact you and allocate your ticket to you and share important news online.

We will not share this information with anyone else except out partners Ti.to and Paypal who will be processing ticket sales. Only minimum information required to process payment and generate your ticket shall be exchanged. Please see our privacy policy for further details.

These terms and conditions and details (of instructors for instance) on the Spoontown website may be subject to change without notice.

If you find you cannot attend after purchasing a ticket, you will have the chance to reassign it using the Spoontownies Facebook page. If you are unable to sell your ticket, we will be unable to refund you.

We have a green policy, so we will ask you to leave the site as spotless as it will be when you get there
