By purchasing a ticket to SpoonTown or PreTown, you agree to the following terms and conditions as part of the checkout process.
Tools
- You are responsible for your own tools. Please handle them with care, avoid leaving them on the ground, and always prioritise safety while carving.
Camping
- All your waste must be taken home with you. There are no disposal facilities on site.
- Designated communal fires will be provided for cooking. Please do not start fires in camping areas or any other unauthorized locations.
- Parking next to tents is not permitted due to government regulations. Separate areas are designated for camper vans, cars, and tents.
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. Be respectful of fellow campers and our neighbours.
Tickets
- SpoonTown tickets are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may resell your ticket through the official Spoontownies Facebook page.
Privacy
When purchasing a ticket, we collect your phone number, billing address, and email address. This information is used solely for ticket processing and important festival-related communications. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes.
Code of Conduct
Spoon Town reserves the right to remove any individual who is abusive, disruptive, or acting in a manner that is not in the best interests of the event and its attendees.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Children
Children must not be left unattended. If you book a class, you must remain with your child; unsupervised roaming is not permitted.
