Our Company collects the following data:

You directly provide Spoontown with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies
How will we use your data?
Spoontown collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like. (Only if you have agreed via the Newsletter)
How do we store your data?
Spoontown securely stores your data at our cloud hosts in the US and UK and our ticketing partner cloud host in Ireland.
Spoontown will keep your email, ticket purchase, and contact information for upto 1 year from the end of a subscribed event. IP addresses are deleted after 90 days. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing previous events from the cloud portal.
Marketing
Spoontown would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing through signing up for our Newsletter, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Spoontown from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please use the unsubscribe link included with all Newsletter content.
